Maker tag on inside of door "Ray & Miles, Cabinet Manufacturers and Upholsters, Liverpool". Ray & Miles were highly regarded cabinet makers and furnishers based in Liverpool, England, operating primarily from the late 19th to the mid-20th century. They are particularly famous for their quality Jacobean oak and Art Deco furniture.
